Scope: Complete Site Development & Utility Installation

  • Earthwork: Over 100,000 cubic yards of material excavated, graded, and balanced to establish building pads, parking lots, and athletic fields.

  • Utilities: Installed more than 21,000 linear feet of storm, sanitary, and water piping — including deep storm drainage structures and extensive underdrain systems.

  • Infrastructure: Constructed retaining walls, curbing, sidewalks, and asphalt paving to support both the main campus and athletic complex.

  • Challenges: Tight urban site requiring detailed coordination with multiple contractors and strict adherence to phased construction schedules.
